PERR-ENTING WORRY Katy Perry opens up on mum shaming and admits she hates being hungover around her daughter

Pop sensation Katy Perry has candidly shared her struggles with “mum shaming” and her dislike for being hungover in the presence of her daughter, Daisy. The former party enthusiast revealed that even a mere two drinks are enough to push her over the edge now.

During the final performance of her debut Las Vegas residency, the “Dark Horse” singer opened up, saying, “I was wild in my twenties, but now I have a toddler who wakes me up at 6.30 a.m., whether I am hungover or not. It’s a feeling of shame to be hungover when you have kids.”

Katy humorously added that her daughter urges her to wake up with a cheerful “Let’s watch Minions!” Now, at the age of 39, she’s realized that if she consumes more than two alcoholic drinks, the next day doesn’t bode well, prompting her to rethink her choices.
